St. Johns, FL
This Mattamy Homes project consisted of installing a JEA class II lift station 24 feet deep with 1000 feet of 6 PVC. This was another addition to one of Northeast Floridas fastest growing master planned communities known as RiverTown.
Jacksonville, FL
This JEA project was designed to connect two large wastewater treatment plants on the east side of Jacksonville. The project included the installation of 9,000 feet of new 30" PVC force main through a JEA electrical transmission easement.

This JEA project was designed to extend the reclaimed water main to a new 1,000-home neighborhood on the south side of Jacksonville. The project included the installation of 6,000 feet of new 30" ductile iron pipe and 7,000 feet of new 16” PVC reclaimed water main alongside Kernan Blvd.
St. Johns, FL
TGU partnered with Mattamy Homes to extend their water, force, and reclaimed mains for one of Northeast Florida’s fastest growing Master Planned communities. The project included the installation of 6,000 feet of new 16" PVC mains and 400 feet of 18” HDD.
Jacksonville, FL
This JEA project was designed to facilitate wastewater conveyance for the ever-growing demand in the Greater Jacksonville area. The project included the installation of 12,000 feet of new 24" PVC force mains and (2) 42” Jack & Bores.
Jacksonville, FL
This project was part of an emergency repair for JEA. It included the installation of 2,000 feet of new 16" PVC force main and a sanitary sewer manhole connection
Yulee, FL
This joint project with FDOT and JEA replaced a 40-year-old water and force transmission main that extend from Amelia Island to I-95. The project included the installation of 25,000 feet of new 16" PVC water and force main alongside SR 200 (A1A).
